The Federation of Estonian‑American Scouts and Guides is a 501c3 nonprofit corporation supporting youth through Scouting and Guiding, leadership development, camping, outdoor education, and cultural programs that preserve Estonian heritage and help young people build character, skills, and community.

Receipts: For donations of $250 or more, you will receive a written receipt. For donations less than $250, your cancelled check or confirmation from your PayPal, Credit Card or Venmo transaction serves as a receipt.

The Federation of Estonian-American Scouts and Guides Inc, established in 2026, is a is a publicly supported nonprofit corporation established under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) and is registered with the State of New Jersey.
The Board of Directors, guided by the bylaws of the corporation, determines the policies of the organization and has the power and authority to manage the assets and to govern the affairs of the organization.
The corporation has two divisions: Eesti Skautide Malev USAs (Estonian Boys Scouts USA) and Eesti Gaidide Malev USAs (Estonian Girl Guides USA). Each division elects 2 Board members and the Board designates the Officers. Each division operates based on its long time heritage with its own staff and in line with the bylaws of the corporation.
